Chauffeured & Display Vehicle Rental Agreement

Chauffeured Services

• Standard Rental Rate: $180 per hour (2-hour minimum).
• Additional Hours: $100 per hour beyond the initial 2-hour minimum.
• Chauffeur services are mandatory for vehicle operation.
• Vehicles may only be operated by Dream Rides Collection chauffeurs.

Display-Only Rentals

• Standard Display Rate: $85 per hour (2-hour minimum).
• Additional Hours: $50 per hour beyond the initial 2-hour minimum.
• Delivery & Pickup: $120 one-time flat fee if within the Las Vegas metropolitan area, not to exceed 30 miles each way. For distances beyond 30 miles, an additional $2.50 per mile will apply.
• Optional: If the vehicle must be moved within the property during a photo shoot, a chauffeur must remain on-site and will be billed at $50 per hour.

• A $350 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be applied as a credit toward the final invoice, or reimbursed for any unused amount not consumed through rental services.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
• A valid credit card must remain on file to cover any damages incurred during the rental or display period.
• A temporary damage-hold authorization, typically $500, may be placed on the card on file on or shortly before the event date. This hold is not a charge: it is released in full after the event unless damages occur, in which case the actual cost of damages, up to the held amount, may be captured in accordance with Section 4.

• All balances are due prior to vehicle delivery.
• Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• The client assumes responsibility for any damages that occur while the vehicle is present at the event.
• Dream Rides Collection is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).

• A full refund of all amounts paid.
• Rescheduling of the service to a future date, subject to vehicle availability.
• Substitution of a different vehicle from the Dream Rides Collection fleet subject to vehicle availability.
