What we collect

When you send a booking request or contact message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your event (date, venue, occasion, guests, notes).

When you pay a deposit or balance, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we receive only confirmation of payment and the last details Stripe shares for bookkeeping.

When you sign a rental agreement electronically, we record your typed signature, the date and time, and the network (IP) address used to sign, so the signature can be verified later.

How we use it

Only to run your booking: responding to requests, confirming availability, collecting the deposit and balance, sending the rental agreement, and communicating about your event. We may also use it to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few service providers to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure storage of booking requests.
• Resend — sending transactional email (confirmations, deposit links, agreements).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protecting our forms from automated spam. Your use of the forms is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies are used only where required — for owner sign-in to the private dashboard and by Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.

How long we keep it

Booking records, signed agreements, and payment confirmations are retained as long as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and legal purposes. Contact messages that don’t become bookings are deleted periodically.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email info@dreamridesvegas.com or call (702) 488-3299. We will respond promptly; note that records tied to a completed transaction may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Children

Our services are for adults — you must be 18 or older to book. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
